The summer toboggan run: Tobogganing only in winter? Not at all! Summer toboggan runs are in no way inferior to winter fun when it comes to action.
On the Loreley plateau, along the "Rheinsteig" premium hiking trail, the "Loreley Bob" is a special attraction. A lift system transports you comfortably to the top station, where the toboggan automatically comes to an end. With two brake and acceleration levers, you are in control of how fast your 700 metre descent will ultimately be. It can happen that your bobsleigh hurtles down into the valley at speeds of up to 40 km/h.
As if it wasn't already a tip for families, there is a large playground and a themed bench and adventure trail next to the run. Great views and activities await hikers. The eight stations provide the necessary food for thought for both head and stomach.
